Customer experience expectations are evolving, and Oracle Modern CX brings companies up to speed. On April 10, a team of ionians traveled north to the Windy City to take part in the 2018 Oracle Modern Customer Experience Conference, where they soaked in CX knowledge.
The 3-day event featured 1-1 Sessions with Oracle experts, a host of dynamic speakers, and success stories of companies using the Oracle CX Cloud to excel. As an exhibitor and sponsor of the event, ion enjoyed hosting customer experience-driven conversations at our booth, MAR-16.
